To be able to provide training opportunities for the design of Digital Work-based Learning (WBL) experiences the project consortium decided on collecting best practice examples of digital WBL experiences. But before the research and collection of best practice examples can start a methodology and structure must be developed.


Due to the Corona pandemic, we unfortunately have not been able to hold any membership meetings. We are happy that we can now finally invite you again and meet in person in the beautiful city of Vienna.

An international consortium of six organisations collaborating to develop WINN.

Six partners from Germany, Poland, Portugal, Romania and Spain are currently working on the Erasmus+ project WINN - "Workouts for Innovation Leaders". This project arises as a response to the problems encountered in organisations today, as the competitiveness of companies depends to a large extent on the ability to innovate.
