GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF HANSE-PARLAMENT and BALTIC SEA ACADEMY
AND OTHER EVENTS IN Budapest on 15. and 16. June 2023
Dear Members and Partners,
we are pleased to invite you to this year’s annual General Meeting in the beautiful city of Budapest.
Please find the relevant information about the events and your travel arrangements below (detailed information in the Program section).
Your participation in the General Assembly is essential. Significant decisions will be made and future work planned as you can see from the (detailed information in the Agenda section). In particular, the board must be newly elected for the next period and the admission of new members must be voted on.
In addition, a workshop with HP members will be held on the morning of 15th June 2023 to discuss important topics regarding future project work and the promotion of SMEs.
We kindly ask you to also participate in the international conference “Promotion of innovation in SMEs” on 16thJune 2023, which will certainly be particularly beneficial for you (detailed information in the Program of the Conference section).
We strongly recommend to make your hotel bookings for overnight stays as soon as possible. You can find information about this below.

Several project meetings surround the general assembly. If your organization is not a DIG-CON or ICIinSMEs project partner, you will unfortunately have to cover your own travel and accommodation costs.
Costs for all lunches, dinners and transfers in Budapest will be covered by the Hanse-Parlament and Hungarian Association of Craftsmen´s Corporations.
If there is no way for you to finance travel and accommodation costs yourself, the Hanse-Parlament can cover costs for individuals up to a maximum of 500 euros. In this case, please get in touch with us immediately, because the budget available to us for this is very limited.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks to our member, the Hungarian Association of Craftsmen´s Corporations, who made all the preparations for the smooth running of all the events and an unforgettable stay in Budapest with the greatest commitment.
