The Hanse-Parlament, a dynamic non-profit association comprising 50 chambers of commerce and 23 universities from 14 countries around the Baltic Sea region, is opening its doors for a dedicated Project Manager (m/f/d). Our Hamburg office with 7 employees is looking for reinforcement.

Our focus is on strengthening the SME economy in Europe, especially in Northern and Eastern Europe. Support us in exciting projects – from developing new occupational profiles or degree programs to the Green Economy or the digitization and application of AI in small businesses.

Your Mission:

• Active support in the implementation of EU-funded projects like Erasmus+, INTERREG, Horizon2020.
• Coordination with our international partners.
• Participation in reporting and managing these projects.
• Attendance and moderation of project events and meetings in various EU countries – with the opportunity to travel!

What You Should Bring:

• A relevant academic degree or a commercial education with a financial background.
• Fluent German and English skills.
• Enthusiasm for diverse tasks – ideal for career starters!
• Strong networking and social skills for an international work environment.
• Reliability, precision, and the ability to work independently.
• Good MS Office skills.

A Plus:

• Experience in EU-funded projects.
• Personal connection to Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, or Ukraine.
