Since our inception in 1994, our organization has been dedicated to fostering innovation and competitiveness among SMEs through collaborative efforts with 50 business organizations and 20 universities. By developing qualification and innovation measures, we aim to empower SMEs to thrive in today’s dynamic market landscape.
Our projects focus on the following key areas:
Strengthening Economic Competitiveness: We work towards enhancing the economic competitiveness of the Baltic Sea region by fostering intensive cooperation and spatial identification among stakeholders.
Support for SMEs and Skilled Crafts: We provide support for SMEs and skilled crafts, particularly through transnational activities and international collaborations.
Research and Qualification Initiatives: Our research and qualification projects are tailored to the specific needs of SMEs, aiming to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Promotion of Vocational Training: We promote vocational training and offer dual bachelor studies and further training opportunities to enhance the education of businessmen and executives in the medium-sized economy.
Economic and Cultural Development: We actively contribute to the economic and cultural development of the Baltic Sea region, fostering collaboration based on regional strengths and facilitating experience exchange.
