The project is coordinated by the „Initiative Wohnungswirtschaft Osteuropa“ with funding from the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The goal is to provide young Georgian internally displaced persons with specialized skills in the field of janitorial work and through that offer them a professional perspective in the building sector. The Hanse-Parlament is a project partner and has taken on the task of developing and introducing dual vocational training in Georgia in this multistage project. The consortium is working on the implementation of dual training for electricians, a train-the-trainer program for vocational schools to facilitate the introduction of dual education and training, a counselling tool for young people, to guide them in their educational choices and a training program for SMEs to participate in dual training programs, with the overall goal to promote SMEs and education in Georgia.
