AI4SMEs
Understanding and applying artificial intelligence (AI) is essential for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). By implementing this project, we will develop a training for VET institutions and their instructors to be able to build up relevant AI knowledge and to deliver comprehensive training for employees of SMEs to build up their skills about AI applications in their operations and therefore, contributing to innovation in VET, increasing its attractiveness and ensuring ist adaptation to the labour market needs. This will help VET institutions and SMEs in Europe to become more skilled and competitive. In this project we implement research on AI for SMEs, as a basis for the development of the further results. We will develop a holistic concept, 10 factsheets, an extensive train-the-trainer course including a curriculum, learning and teaching materials and an evaluation report, a comprehensive continuous education program on AI implementations tailored to the needs of SMEs including a curriculum, learning and teaching materials and an evaluation report. The piloting of the educational courses, will include more than 60 participants from 6 European countries. Broad dissemination, individual implementation advice and a large European multiplier event ensure visibility, sustainability and the transfer of the project and its results. This initiative will not only elevate the expertise of VET institutions and SMEs in Europe but also enhance their competitive edge in the global market.
